摘  要:氨氮测定时,水样带有颜色会产生干扰,影响测定结果的准确性,需作适当处理,以消除影响。文章通过比较稀释、絮凝、蒸馏三种方法在氨氮测定中对色度干扰的消除作用,发现稀释可以消除轻微的色度干扰,蒸馏对轻、重色度干扰均有很好的消除作用,而絮凝对色度干扰则无明显消除作用。When determine the ammonia nitrogen, water samples with color can affect the accuracy of determination results, so it is necessary to make appropriate processing to eliminate the influence. The article compares the elimination effect of crosstalk by the dilution, flocculation and distillation methods in the determination of ammonia nitrogen. Found that dilution can eliminate slight crosstalk, distillation has very good elimination effect in all light and heavy crosstalk, and tile flocculation has no obvious effect on chromaticity interference.
