摘　　要：讨论了ICP-AES法测定萤石中S元素含量不确定度的主要来源,评定了一个萤石试样中S元素含量的测量不确定度,并确定了结果的置信区间。S content in fluorite was determined by ICP-AES. The causes of the uncertainty in measurement were discussed by statistics. The uncertainty of determination result for S has been evaluated by using a sample as an example, and the confidential interval of the results was given.
