摘　　要：阐述当前常见的工科类专业生产实习模式及其不足,指出当前常见的生产实习模式难以满足工业工程专业生产实习的较高要求。率先提出工业工程专业优质生产实习基地的定义,明确建设工业工程专业优质生产实习基地的思路,以工业工程专业优质生产实习基地为基础,提出工业工程专业生产实习的新模式。以广东石油化工学院工业工程专业2015年的生产实习为例,说明在新的生产实习模式下开展生产实习能取得更好的实习效果。The present some modes and conventional problems were analyzed in the production practice of the engineering students, which were hard to satisfy the higher requirement of Industrial Engineering （IE） production practice. We presented the definition of IE high-class production training base firstly, designed a scheme for the establishment of an IE high-class production training base, proposed a new IE production practice mode based on IE high-class production training base. Taking 2015 production practice of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology as an example, so that we can acquire better effect of implement production practice under the new production practice mode.
