摘　　要：通过构建实验教学体系、采用互动式与研究式教学模式、实施开放式实验教学、网络教学与课堂教学相结合、让学生参与实验准备、改革实验考核办法、贯彻绿色化学理念等措施对有机化学实验教学改革进行有效的探索与实践,为建立以培养学生能力和素质为核心的有机化学实验教学模式提供借鉴。Efficient exploration and practice on teaching reform of organic chemistry experiment were realizing via constructing the system of experimental teaching, using the model of interactive and researching teaching, carrying out open experimental teaching, combining network teaching with classroom teaching, student＇s participation in experimental preparation, reformation of experimental assessment method and implementing the concept of green chemistry. It is helpful to establish the model of organic chemistry experiment teaching whose coreis culturing the ability and quality of students;
