针灸配合语言治疗对脑瘫儿童语言障碍的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸配合语言治疗在脑瘫语言障碍患儿中的临床应用效果。方法选取2009年12月-2014年12月在该院儿童康复科进行语言康复治疗的脑瘫患儿60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用语言治疗,观察组采用针灸配合语言治疗。共治疗6个月,观察两组疗效,并采用的Gesell量表对两组治疗前后适应性和语言评分进行统计学分析。结果治疗2个疗程后,观察组总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(80.00%),两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后的Gesell适应性、语言评分均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸配合语言治疗可有效改善脑瘫患儿的语言障碍,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of acupuncture combined with speech therapy for cerebral palsy chil- dren with language disorder. Methods Sixty cerebral, palsy children receiving language rehabilitation therapy in Department of Child Reha- bilitation in the hospital from December 2009 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 children in each group. The children in control group were treated by speech therapy, while the children in observation group were treated by acupuncture combined with speech therapy, all the children were treated by 6 months. The curative effects in the two groups were ob- served, Gesell scale was used to analyze the scores of adaptability and language before and after treatment statistically. Results After two courses of treatment, the total effective rate in observation group was 96.67% , which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group （ 80. 00% ） （ P〈0.05 ） . In the two groups, the scores of adaptability and language after treatment were statistically significantly high- er than those before treatment （P〈0. 05） . The curative effect in observation group was statistically significantly better than that in control group （P〈0. 05） . Conclusion Acupuncture combined with speech therapy can effectively improve language disorder among the children with cerebral palsy, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
