不孕不育患者负性情绪现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 探究不孕不育患者负性情绪现状,分析相关影响因素,从而为改善不孕不育患者负性情绪现状提供科学依据。方法 选择该院2011年2月-2015年1月期间82例不孕不育患者作为研究组,另选择同一时期内健康志愿者80例作为对照组,分别对两组研究对象采用抑郁和焦虑量表（IDA）及情绪状态量表（POMS）进行调查,分析患者负性情绪现状,比较研究组年龄、文化程度、病程长短及社会支持等结果。结果 35及35岁以上患者IDA评分和POMS评分均高于30～34岁和21～29岁患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;社会支持程度较低患者IDA评分和POMS评分均显著高于社会支持度高和一般社会支持度者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;初中及以下文化程度较低患者IDA评分和POMS评分均显著高于文化程度在大专及以上和高中患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;无业患者IDA评分和POMS评分均显著高于体力劳动及脑力劳动患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;病程在10年以上患者IDA评分和POMS评分均显著高于病程低于10年患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 不孕不育患者负性情绪状态较为显著,主要影响因素包括年龄、文化程度、病程及社会支持等。对于不孕不育患者而言,需要针对不同年龄和文化程度进行针对性心理疏导,同时配合积极治疗,改善患者心理状况。Objective To explore the current situation of negative emotions among the infertile patients, analyze the related factors, and provide a scientific basis for improving the situation. Methods Eighty-two infertile patients from February 2011 to January 2015 were selected as research group, eighty healthy volunteers during the same period were selected as control group. Irritability, Depression and Anxi- ety Scale （IDA） and Profile of Mood States （POMS） were used to stoney negative emotions of the cases in the two groups. Age, educational level, the length of the course, and social support in research group were compared. Results IDA and POMS scores of patients aged 35 years old and more than 35 years old were statistically significantly higher than those of patients aged 30-34 years old and 21-29 years old （P〈0. 05） . IDA and POMS scores of patients with low social support were statistically significantly higher than those of patients with high and general social support （ P〈0. 05 ） . IDA and POMS scores of patients with junior middle school educational level or below were statisti- cally significantly higher than those of patients with college educational level or above （ P〈0. 05 ） . IDA and POMS scores of patients without job were statistically significantly higher than those of manual workers and brain workers （ P〈0. 05 ） . IDA and POMS scores of patients who were sick for more than 10 years were statistically significantly higher than those of patients who were sick for less than 10 years （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Negative emotions among the infertile patients are significant, the main influencing factors include age, educational level, the length of the course, and social support. For the infertile patients, corresponding psychological counseling targeting to age and educational level combined with active therapy can improve psychological status of these patients.
