摘 要:依据"大震不倒"的设防目标,按传统方法设计的钢框架结构,一旦框架梁梁端发生塑性损伤,震后将难以修复。为实现损伤后结构的快速功能恢复,提出了一种采用角钢连接的部件可更换钢梁,地震作用下钢梁的塑性累积损伤集中在连接角钢上,连接角钢与梁段采用高强度螺栓连接,地震损伤后容易更换。为此,试验中设计了3个可更换梁试件,分别对其进行了单调和滞回加载试验。试验结果表明:通过合理设计,该部件可更换梁与原型梁具有相同的弹性抗弯刚度,能控制梁的损伤部位与破坏模式;梁的荷载-位移滞回曲线饱满,耗能能力较好;更换损伤的耗能角钢后,梁可以恢复原有的力学性能。Although steel moment resisting frames (MRFs) designed according to the latest seismic codes can prevent structural collapse, once the beam ends damage with plastic deformation, it is difficuh to repair after earthquake. For ease of quick recovery of structural function after the earthquake, a solution for beam members with replaceable energy dissipation angles is proposed. The plastic damage can be concentrated on the angles which are connected to the beam portion by high-strength bolts and can be easily replaced once the damage occurs during earthquake. Monotonic and cyclic loading tests were performed. The results show that proper detailing design makes the same flexural rigidity, controllable damage location, failure mode, full spindle shape in hysteretic loops as those of common continuous beam and thus good energy dissipating capacity. And it is possible to recover the beam member performance to its original structural function after replacing damaged angles.
