摘 要:地处北纬44°04'-46°40'的哈尔滨地区冬季有6个月,但对该地区工程建设中的基坑开挖及其监测理论的研究较少,对于严寒地区跨越寒冷冬季基坑开挖技术的研究成果更是匮乏。通过对越冬施工的哈尔滨一基坑工程开挖监测的数据统计分析,归纳了坑壁变形特征并对坑壁护壁桩破损原因进行了探讨。锚杆轴力检测结果表明,基坑中间层锚杆轴力设计值偏大,具有一定的优化空间。基坑周边路面下沉,最大沉降值为8.2mm,远小于警戒值25mm;排桩最大水平位移为13.7mm,远小于警戒值45 mm;锚杆轴力最大值127kN,小于其锚杆轴力设计值。该基坑支护方案可行、整体稳定性良好。Harbin located in north latitude 44°04′-46°40′, each year there are six months of winter, monitoring and theoretical research on cold deep pits were very inadequate in Harbin area, fewer on the foundation pit through the winter season. The statistics and analytical process were conducted on monitoring data of the deep excavation pit. The deformation characteristics of pit wall were summarized and the cause of the breakage of wall pile was discussed, too. The design value of anchor axial force is too large for the middle rows, which have some room for optimization. Pavement around foundation sinks, the largest settlement is 8.2 mm, far less than the warning value 25 mm; the maximum horizontal displacement of the piles is 13.7 mm, far less than the warning value 45 mm; the largest anchor axial force is 127 kN, far less than the design value. The supporting of the deep foundation is feasible and the stability of the deep foundation is good.
