配位体交换色谱法测定水基料液中单糖含量

摘　　要：为监测工业化模拟移动床(SMB)上料液及分离液中各单糖含量,建立了检测水基料液中葡萄糖、木糖、半乳糖和阿拉伯糖含量的配位体交换色谱方法。方法采用Sepax Carbomix Pb-NP 5(300×7.8 mm ID,5μm,8%交联度)色谱柱,检测器为示差折光检测器。结果各单糖组分在在0.2~20.0 mg·m L^(-1)浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,方法检测限在0.115 mg·m L^(-1)至0.124 mg·m L^(-1)之间。该方法仪器系统简单,结果准确。To monitor content of monosaccharides in feed liquid and separated liquid from industrialized simula- ted moving bed（ SMB）, the determination method of glucose, xylose, galactose and arabinose in water- base liquid was established with ligand exchange chromatography. A Sepax Carbomix Pb - NP 5 （300 × 7.8 mm ID, 5μm, 8 % crosslinkage） column and refractive index detector were used for the method. The calibration curve of components were linear in the mass concentration range of 0.2 -20.0 mg . mL-1 , the LOD of components range of 0.115 -0. 124 mg . mL-1. The instrument system of method was simple, and method was accurate.
