摘 要:目的探讨镜检、快速诊断试纸条(rapid diagnostic test,RDT)和巢式聚合酶链反应(nested polymerase chain reation,Nest-PCR)诊断疟疾应用领域及价值。方法收集2011—2015年疑似疟疾病例血样,采用镜检、RDT和NestPCR进行检测,比较分析3种方法的敏感性、特异性和综合性能。计数资料比较采用χ^2检验,P0.05)。RDT和Nest-PCR 3种诊断方法的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均为100.00%。结论 RDT可以应用于基层检测,但须进一步开展镜检或Nest-PCR确诊。Objective To explore the application area and value of diagnosis method of malaria by microscopy examination, rapid diagnostic test(RDT) and nest polymerase chain reaction(Nest-PCR).Methods Suspected malaria blood samples were collected and detected by microscopy examination, RDT and Nest-PCR from 2011 to 2015. And then, the sensitivity, specificity and comprehensive properties were compared. Count data was used by chi square test, P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results 64 suspected malaria blood samples were collected. The positive rate of microscopy examination, RDT and Nest- PCR were 53.13%. There was no significant difference of the positive rates for testing plasmodium falciparum by three methods (23=0.33,P〉0.05). The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of RDT and Nest-PCR were 100.00%.Conclusion RDT can be used for the detection in basic hospital. However, the microscopy examination or Nest-PCR should be used for confirmed diagnosis.
