摘 要:对陕西某低品位粘土钒矿进行了选矿工艺研究,采用"两段加药擦洗-磁选"工艺,配合使用新型抑制剂,可获得产率22.04%、精矿V_2O_5品位2.71%、回收率79.31%的钒精矿。该工艺抛除了大部分低品位尾矿,达到了湿法提钒前提高原料钒品位的目的。Beneficiation technology for a low-grade vanadium-bearing clay ore from Shaanxi Province was studied. The process consisting of a two-stage reagent-added scrubbing and a magnetic separation, combined with a new type of depressant, produced a vanadium concentrate grade of 2.71% V20s, with a yield of 22.04% and recovery of 79.31%. Since the majority of the low-grade tailings have been discarded with this technique, the purpose of raising the vanadium grade of the feed material for further hydrometallurgy vanadium extraction has been attained.
