摘  要:对云南者海某挥发窑二次锌渣进行了银铁分离试验研究。采用磁选脱除绝大部分含铁矿物,磁选尾矿经过滤、清洗以降低矿浆中Zn^(2+)浓度后,进行浮选富银试验,经一粗三精一扫闭路浮选,可获得银品位2 159.67 g/t、回收率77.84%的精矿指标。该工艺为此类废渣的有效开发利用提供了高效、经济途径。Experimental study was carried out for Ag/Fe separation of a secondary hydrometallurgical zinc residue from a volatile kiln in Zhehai Town of Yunnan Province. Most of the ferrous minerals were removed by magnetic separation before the tailings of which were filtered and washed to minimize the concentration of Zn2+ in the pulp, and were fed to ~e Ag flotation process consisting one in 77.84% recovery to the concentrate for effective utilization of such residue. stage of roughing, one stage of scavenging and three stages of cleaning, resulting grading 2 159.67 g/t Ag. This technique provides an efficient and economical way for effective utilization of such residue.
