摘 要:建立变频滚动转子式压缩机试验台,测量了吸气过热或吸气带液状态下压缩机的容积效率和等熵效率。结果表明:高背压设计的滚动转子式压缩机在吸气带液时,压缩机效率的下降趋势小于低背压设计的活塞压缩机,为其下降率的50%;吸气干度为0.9时压缩机的容积效率和等熵效率比吸气饱和状态下降约为7%和8%,在相同的转速和运转频率下,压缩机效率随吸气干度的降低近似线性下降。A variable refrigerant flow system was established and volumetric efficiency and isentropic efficiency of rolling piston compressor was studied when suction superheat or suction in liquid state. Results show that the design of rolling rotor compressor with high back pressure when the suction liquid, the efficiency of the compressor decline is less than the low back pressure design of piston compressor, for half of the decline rate. The compressor volumetric efficiency and isentropic efficiency is down about 7% and 8% than suction saturation when suction vapor quality is 0.9. The compressor efficiency decreased linearly with the decreasing suction vapor quality under the same speed and operating frequency.
