摘  要:某双缸压缩机在匹配空调系统高频运行时,出现不稳定的异常噪声。通过对噪声信号的FFT分析,可初步确定异常噪声的频率范围,结合压缩机单体振动测试可确定该异常噪声是由于压缩机轴向的异常窜动导致。对压缩机轴向窜动的产生机理及影响因素进行了研究,并提出改进方法,有效地解决了该双缸压缩机的高频异常声问题。Unstable noise occured in a two-cylinder compressor used in air-conditioner when operated at high speed. The frequency of noise was confirmed by the FFT analysis. The vibration characteristic of compressor indicates that the unstable noise is induced by the exceptional axial abnormal vibration of shaft in the compressor. In this paper, research is taken on the theory and influence factor of the axial vibration and the improved method is put forward. It has effectively solved the problem of unstable noise at high speed.
