摘 要:目的研究我国健康年轻人基础代谢率(BMR)、形态学指标和体成分对骨密度(BMD)的影响。方法96名18~30岁的健康年轻人。使用CortexMetamax3B心肺功能仪测定基础代谢能量,双能X线吸收法测量受试者上肢、下肢、躯干和全身的骨密度、脂肪组织质量(FM)和肌肉组织质量。用Pearson相关分析探索BMD与BMR、形态学指标及体成分之间的关系。使用多元线性回归(逐步法)检验这些指标对BMD的影响。结果上肢、下肢、躯干及全身的BMD与身高、体质量、BMI、BMR、瘦体重(LBM)均有显著的正相关性(P〈0.01)。多元线性回归检验显示只有体质量、LBM和BMR是BMD的主要影响因素。结论对于健康年轻人而言,BMD的主要影响因素是体质量、LBM和BMR。通过增加BMR的健康干预可能会减少BMD减少带来的疾病负担。Objective To investigate the relationships of bone mineral density (BMD) with basal metabolic rate (BMR), anthropometric parameters and body composition in healthy young adults. Methods A total of 96 healthy young adults aged 18-30 were included in this study. BMR was measured by Cortex Metamax 3B. BMD. Fat mass (FM) and lean body mass (LBM) of arms, legs, trunk and the whole body were measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptionmetry. The correlations between BMD and BMR, anthropometric parameters and body composition were investigated using Pearson correlation test and multiple linear regression (stepwise). Results Pearson correlation test revealed that BMD was significantly correlated with height, body weight, BMI, BMR and LBM (P〈0.01) . Multiple linear regression revealed that body weight, LBM and BMR significantly predicted BMD. Conclusion Body weight, LBM and BMR are influencing factors for BMD of healthy young adults, and BMR may be a novel target for the interventions aimed at osteoporosis prevention.
