摘  要:新建了一台UPN120300井式气体渗氮炉,炉膛尺寸为φ1 200 mm×3 000 mm。测定了该炉的温度均匀性,并采用布置在炉膛不同位置的18件42CrMo钢试样测定了炉膛渗氮气氛的均匀性。结果,炉膛温度的均匀性为550±5℃,炉膛不同部位试样渗氮层表面硬度为604~668 HV1,深度为0.2~0.4 mm,符合产品的工艺要求。An UPN120300 pit-type gas nitriding furnace, its working zone measuring 1 200 mm in diameter by 3 000 mm depth, was newly made. Universities of both temperature and nitriding atmosphere in the working zone of furnace was surveyed, and the latter was performed by using18 pieces of 42CrMo steel specimen located at different positions of the working zone of furnace. The results indicate that temperature of 550℃ in the working zone of furnace can fluctuate by±5 ℃ ,and that surface hardnesses are as high as 604 to 668 HV1 and case depths are 0. 2 to 0.4 mm for the nitrided specimens, conforming with the temperature university and nitriding atmosphere university requirements.
