摘　　要：针对目前船舶柴油机废气排放暂无实时监督手段的现状,通过结合AIS/3G无线通信技术、GPS技术、嵌入式系统技术及计算机软件技术,设计基于船载在线监测仪、AIS/3G船岸数据通信模块和岸基数据管理系统的船舶柴油机排放在线监测系统,实现船舶柴油机排放信息实时采集、显示、记录,以及与获得访问权限的外部用户进行信息互通等功能,可为有效提高船舶柴油机废气排放的监督力度提供技术手段。In view of the on-line monitoring system on marine diesel emission, an on-line monitoring system is designed based on the technologies of AIS/3G communication, GPS, embedded and data management system. The system performs realtime monitoring of marine diesel emission, data recording, the information exchanging among the related department. On the other hand, it will improve the supervision on the marine diesei emission effectively.
