摘　　要：分析MAN-B&W 6L23/30型发电柴油机高压油泵卡阻故障现象,从高压油泵润滑通道堵塞、偶件精密度降低、再生偶件利用、日常管理与操作等方面进行故障原因排除,并从高压油泵的拆检、燃润滑油使用、更换新型防腐螺栓等方面提出高压油泵日常管理措施,以降低事故发生率,确保船舶航行安全。The jamming phenomenon of the high-pressure-oil pump in the 6L23/30 type of MAN-B＆W diesel generator is analyzed. The daily management measures are put forward from views of inspection of the pump, usage of the lubricating oil, replacing the anticorrosion bolts, etc. , so as to prevent the similar jamming fault for the high-pressure-oil pump, ensure the safety of ship＇s navigation.
