黄体酮胶丸保胎治疗黄体功能不全先兆流产的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析黄体酮胶丸保胎治疗黄体功能不全先兆流产的临床效果。方法将68例黄体功能不全所致的先兆流产患者分为观察组与对照组各34例,观察组口服黄体酮胶丸治疗,对照组肌内注射黄体酮治疗。结果两组治疗后血清孕酮水平及不良反应比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组保胎成功率为97.06%,明显高于对照组82.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄体功能不全先兆流产应用黄体酮治疗保胎效果确切,而口服黄体酮胶丸方便易行,临床应用价值高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Huangtitong Jiaowan tocolytic therapy in luteal insufficiency abortion. Mehods 68 cases of patients with luteal insufficiency abortion were divided into observation group and control group, 34 cases in each group. Observation group accepted oral Huangtitong Jiaowan, control group received intramuscular injection of progesterone. Results After treatment, the serum progesterone level and adverse reactions of two groups had not statistically significance（P〉0.05）. The success rate of control group was 97.06%, significantly higher than control group（82.35%）, differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huangtitong Jiaowan tocolytic therapy in luteal insufficiency abortion has an exact effect, and oral Huangtitong Jiaowan is convenient, it has high value of clinical application.
