摘　　要：在介绍了河北科技师范学院图书馆资源建设现状的基础上,统计分析了图书馆纸质资源和数字资源使用情况,并针对不同类型数据库做了侧重分析,最后提出了加大资源建设投入力度、优化资源管理、加强宣传培训力度等有效提高图书馆藏资源利用率的措施。the library resource construction of Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology has been described,on this basis,the resource utilization of paper resources and digital resources has been statistically analyzed,and analysis on different types of databases has been made. Finally,some measures have been proposed,such as increasing investment of the resources construction,optimizing resource management and strengthening the propaganda and training to improve resource utilization of university library effectively.
