摘  要:阐述液相电化学沉积法制备类金刚石碳(DLC)薄膜的原理,介绍液相制备法的优势,从电解液、电压、掺杂元素以及反应机理4个方面介绍电化学法制备类金刚石薄膜的研究进展。总结DLC薄膜的性能以及在不同领域的应用,并对液相电沉积DLC薄膜的发展前景进行了展望。The principle of diamond-like carbon(DLC)thin films prepared by liquid electrodeposition was expounded.The advantages and the research progress on the synthesis of DLC films by the electrochemical method were introduced in detail.The influence factors,including electrolytic solution,deposition voltage,doping elements on the structures and properties of DLC films were discussed.In addition,the reaction mechanism for forming DLC film by electrodeposition was expatiated.The properties and applications in different fields of DLC films were also summarized,and the development prospects were forecasted.
