摘 要:合成酰化壳聚糖后与膨润土通过化学键合得到了酰化壳聚糖改性膨润土复合吸附剂。通过傅里叶红外光谱分析和热重分析对改性膨润土进行了表征。探讨了膨润土和改性膨润土对模拟废水中金属离子Pb^(2+)、Al^(3+)的吸附性能。改性膨润土对Pb^(2+)的吸附时间为1h,温度在50℃,用量为0.1g,pH=5时吸附效果较好。改性膨润土对Al^(3+)在吸附45min后达到吸附平衡,温度对Al^(3+)的吸附影响不大。结果表明改性膨润土对Pb^(2+)、Al^(3+)具有较好的吸附能力。Through experiments the composite adsorbent of acyl chitosan and bentonite were synthesized.By Fourier transform infrared spectrum analysis and thermal gravimetric analysis the properties of substances were characterized.Through experiment the adsorption properties of natural bentonite and modified bentonite on metal ions Pb^2+,Al^3+ in the simulated wastewater were studied.The effect of adsorption conditions on the adsorption and the removal for Pb^2+,Al^3+ was studied.The better condition of chitosan modified bentonite for Pb^2+ adsorption was that:time of 1h,temperature at50℃,the dosage of 0.1g,pH=5.Adsorption of chitosan modified bentonite for Al^3+ was to reach equilibrium when adsorption time was 45 min.For Al^3+ adsorption the influence of temperature was small,which indicated that the intercalation compound adsorbent had good adsorption.
