摘  要:通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了ZrO_2-TiO_2复合材料,用XRD、TEM、SEM、N2吸脱附法对其结构进行了表征,结果表明,ZrO_2-TiO_2复合材料粒径约为25nm,其比表面积SBET为105.7m2/g,平均孔径为3.66nm,是典型的介孔材料。同时运用循环伏安法和电解合成法研究了该电极对2-吡啶甲醛的电催化还原活性。结果发现,在硫酸中,介孔ZrO_2-TiO_2复合膜电极对2-吡啶甲醛具有良好的还原能力,膜中的TiO_2/Ti(OH)_3电对作为媒质异相间接催化还原2-吡啶甲醛为2-哌啶甲醇,为电化学偶联随后化学催化反应(EC′)机理。以该介孔膜电极为阴极,控制电位为-1.05V,电解还原2-吡啶甲醛为2-哌啶甲醇,平均电流效率为93.2%,产率为90.1%。Mesoporous ZrO2-TiO2 nanocomposite matrix was obtained via sol-gel method.The sample was characterized by XRD,TEM,SEM,EDS and N2 sorption.The results indicated that the average crystallite size of nanocomposite matrix was approximately 25 nm and its surface area value was 105.7m^2/g with a pore size of 3.66 nm.On the film electrode,electrocatalytic reduction of 2-pyridinaldehyde in sulfuric acid solution was investigated by cyclic voltammetry(CV)and bulk electrolysis.The results showed that the indirect electroreduction of 2-pyridinaldehyde produced 2-piperidinemethanol by TiO2/Ti(OH)3 redox system of the film.The electrode reaction mechanism was called catalytic(EC′)mechanism.The yield and current efficiency was 90.1% and 93.2% at potential of-1.05 V,respectively.
