摘 要:以高锰酸钾和硫酸锰为原料,通过水热法合成了α-MnO_2、δ-MnO_2两种多孔材料,并将其用于吸附水中的重金属离子。利用XRD、N_2-吸附脱附和TEM进行了表征,研究了吸附剂种类、重金属离子种类、pH以及吸附时间对吸附效果的影响。结果表明:水热法合成的α-MnO_2和δ-MnO_2两种吸附剂具有晶型完整、颗粒微小,无杂质等特点。相同条件下,δ-MnO_2对Ni ^(2+)、Cu^(2+)和Zn^(2+)的吸附量远大于α-MnO_2;δ-MnO_2对3种重金属离子的吸附容能力随着溶液pH的升高而增大,吸附过程符合准二级吸附速率方程。The two adsorbentsα-,δ-MnO2 were synthesized by hydrothermal method,with manganese sulfate as manganese source and potassium permanganate as oxidant.The as-prepared materials were characterized by XRD,TEM and N2 adsorption-desorption.The influence of type of adsorbents,various heavy metal ions,pH of working solution and adsorption time on adsorption performance of the adsorbents were investigated.The results showed that hydrothermal synthesis ofα-MnO2 and δ-MnO2 would generate pure perfect crystalline with tiny particles,the adsorption capacity of for Ni ^2+,Cu^2+and Zn^2+on δ-MnO2 were much greater than those ofα-MnO2 under the same conditions.The adsorption capacity of three heavy metal ions onδ-MnO2 increased with pH increasing.δ-MnO2 had a greater adsorption capacity and higher adsorption rate for Ni ^2+,Cu^2+ and Zn^2+,which was a fast pseudo-second-order adsorption process.
