摘 要:以十四醇为起始剂在氢氧化钾催化下,与环氧丙烷(PO)和环氧乙烷(EO)反应,生成单羟基聚醚即SP型破乳剂(SPDE)。以甲基乙氧基硅油(MESO)为主链,在侧基上引入SPDE,合成梳型有机硅破乳剂(MEDE)。考察了PO与EO的加料比对破乳剂脱水率的影响,结果表明:m(PO)∶m(EO)为5∶2,头m(PO)∶尾m(PO)为1∶1时,得到的MEDE的脱水率达90%,将原油的表面张力下降50%。In the presence of potassium hydroxide,a hydroxyl polyether demulsifier(SPDE)was synthesized by propylene epoxide and ethylene oxide.A combtype-organosilicone-demulsifier was composed of methyl-ethoxy-silicone-oil(MESO)and SPDE,and the MESO as the main chain,the SPDE as side group.The mass ratio of PO/EO was investigated and characterized for the influence on dehydration rate of MEDE.The results indicated that:m(PO)/m(EO)=5∶2,head m(PO)/tail m(PO)=1∶1,the dehydration rate of MEDE can reach 90% and the surface tension of crude oil fell by half.The waste water was quite clear and the interface was pretty neat,the dehydration rate was best.
