摘  要:本文对25Cr2Ni3Mo高强度低温钢进行了亚温淬火的热处理工艺试验,对不同亚温淬火温度处理后试样的常温拉伸性能和-115℃的低温冲击吸收能量值进行了测试,并应用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等进行了金相显微组织、冲击断口形貌的分析。亚温淬火试样的金相组织比正常调质的均匀细小,断口形貌更好,综合力学性能更高,850℃油冷+840℃油冷的双淬火试样的综合性能最好。确保了25Cr2Ni3Mo螺栓要求的高温力学性能。In this paper, intercritical quenching process test were carried out for 25Cr2Ni3Mo steel. The tensile strength in room temperature and the impact absorbing energy at - 115 ℃ of specimens were tested after different intercritical quenching temperature. Microstructure and impact fracture morphology were an- alyzed by metallographic microscope and SEM. The structure of intercritical quenching sample is finer uni- form microstructure and better fracture morphology than normal quenched and tempered sample. The com- prehensive mechanical properties is higher and the best comprehensive performance of sample with 850 ℃ cooling at oil + 840 ℃ cooling at oil are obtained, which the requiring high mechanical performance of the 25Cr2Ni3Mo bolt is ensured.
