摘 要:利用"水解-嵌入聚合"作用将氟硅酸镁与自制聚合硫酸铝(PAS)反应并结合"水解-聚合-浓缩"同步工艺制得无碱无氯液体速凝剂聚合硅酸硫酸铝(PASS).实验结果表明,PASS速凝剂在7%掺量时接近喷射混凝土用速凝剂(JC477-2005)一级品的指标要求.并通过X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对PASS速凝剂的促凝机理进行了研究.An alkali-free and chlorine-free accelerator liquid accelerator-polyaluminum silicate sulfate( PASS)was prepared by hydrolysis and polymerization of magnesium silicofluoride within self-made polyaluminium sulfate matrix,coupled with the "hydrolysis-polymerization-concentration"three-in-one technology. The influence of the mass ratio of magnesium silicofluoride to polyaluminium sulfate,reaction temperature and stirring speed on the performance of as-prepared liquid accelerator has also been investigated. Our experimental results show that the resultant liquid accelerator has the same quality close to the first-grade production of shortcrete accelerator standard JC477-2005 when the added amount of accelerator is 7. 0%. Comparative studies of cement slurry with added accelerator and blank sample at different hydration stages were conducted by XRD analysis and SEM techniques. A possible coagulation mechanism of liquid accelerator PASS was proposed based on above results.
