摘　　要：研究设计了一种适用于小型典型焊件自动化焊接生产的柔性焊接工作台的控制系统。根据所设计的控制系统方案,控制系统硬件采用了可编程控制器、伺服电机及驱动器、触摸屏、电磁阀、磁性开关和信号转换器等;控制系统软件采用了主程序模块化编程,子程序状态编程思想。并以空调电机支架的焊接生产为例,给出了一个生产周期内的控制要求,以及相应的软硬件设计,介绍该控制系统在实际生产中的一个应用案例,实际运行效果良好。The control system for automatic and flexible welding bench suited for small and typical weldments is researched and designed. PLC, servo motor and driver ,touch screen ,electromagnetic valve ,magnetic switch, signal adapterand so on are adopted as the hardware of system according to the system solutions. Module programming idea is adopted in design of the main program of system software, and state programming idea is applied in design of the subroutine program of system software.And taking the air conditioner motor bracket welding production as an example, a cycle control requirements is given, and the corresponding hardware and software are designed, and an application case of this control system in practical production is introduced.h is good in practice.
