摘  要:针对目前大部分抽油机井系统效率整体不高的情况,论述了提高抽油机井系统效率的重要性和必要性。从组成抽油机的井上及井下设备入手,对设备的效率以及设备效率对整体抽油机井运行系统效率的影响进行量化研究,分析抽油机井系统效率的影响因素,提出了一种新的基于ISM-ANP方法的系统效率影响指标体系。首先利用ISM法进行影响因素指标体系结构的构建,通过布尔运算搭建系统框架模型,而后对各指标的相对重要程度性予以比较赋值,利用ANP法创建新的赋权影响因素指标体系。最终根据影响因素的权重给出了高效节能的提高抽油机系统效率的对策及建议。For the majority of the pumping well system effwiency is not high as a whole, the paper discusses the necessity and importance of improving system efficiency of pumping well. Starting from the pumping well which composed by the well equipment and the downhole equipment, making an quantitative research on the equipment efficiency and the influence of the facilities on the overall pumping well system efficiency, analysis of factors influencing the effwiency of pumping well systems, puts fonvard a new system efficiency index system based on ISM-ANP method. Firstly, the ISM is used to construct the index system of the influeneing factors, and the framework model is built by Boolean operation. And then compare the relative importance of each index,using ANP to create a new index system of influencing factors. Finally, according to the weight of the influeneing factors, the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the system efficiency of pumping well are given.
