摘 要:阵列驻涡预混器是燃气轮机低污染燃烧室燃料–空气预混器的一种设计概念,抗挂火是其关键性工作原理。文中基于阵列驻涡单元流动的二维模型,借鉴钝体稳焰理论,通过理论分析和实验,研究了其抗挂火机理。流动分析表明,阵列驻涡的流场结构稳定,在Re=500-50000范围内,回流区尺寸基本保持不变。针对上述流场,建立了基于热平衡理论的抗挂火性能分析模型,通过标量输运分析揭示了化学反应流的亚临界稳定性特征及其抗挂火机理,明确了抗挂火的工况范围及安全边界。通过二维模型的燃烧实验,初步验证了理论分析和计算的合理性,获得了入口气流温度300-700K,化学当量比0.5-1.0工况范围内的抗挂火临界流速。The arrayed-vanes premixer is an innovative conceptual design for gas turbine combustors. The principle of this design is to inhibit flame holding. The anti-flame holding mechanism was analyzed theoretically and experimentally based on a two dimensional fully developed model flow. The flow of the fully developed section in the arrayed-vanes premixer was proved to be stable for the length of the recirculation zone keeping almost constantly throughout Re = 500-50000. An ignition analysis model was established, which revealed the sub-critical stability nature of this type of reacting flow and clarifies the operating condition to achieve anti-flame holding performance. The experimental study was carried out, which qualitatively verified the theoretical analysis and provided the measurements of the critical anti-flame holding velocity at various preheated temperatures(300-700K) and equivalence ratios(0.5-1.0). This paper provides a theoretical basis and fundamental data for the further research and development of the arrayed-vanes premixer in gas turbine combustors.
