摘 要:针对消防车备件保障费用限制及高保障率的现实需求,考虑备件在系统中的重要性及备件供给对系统保障率的贡献程度,建立初始备件采购优化模型。为保证备件采购资金发挥最大效能,利用价值工程理论对备件采购优先级进行评定,获得以备件当量价值系数为量化指标的备件采购优先级,并在此基础上建立以费用为约束条件,以备件保障率增量及当量价值系数为目标的优化模型,确定一定费用条件下的备件储备优化数量。优化结果符合备件优化准则,该方法可为消防车初始备件的储备方案提供理论依据。To meet the actual requirements of limited cost and increasing support probability for fire apparatus spare parts, optimization model for purchasing initial spare parts was presented, considering the importance of spare parts to system and of spare parts to system support probability. Value engineering theory was adopted to determine requirements prioritization of spare parts determination to maximize cost availability by. In the process of assessing requirements prioritization, the equivalent value coefficient was selected as the decision attribute. And then optimization method taking the guarantee probability increment and equivalent value coefficient as the optimization object under cost constraints was proposed. The method was illustrated as feasible by a numerical example. This method can provide scientific and effective theoretical base for spare parts reserve.
