血液透析患者心理控制源与自我管理行为的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨维持性血液透析（maintenance hemodialysis,MHD）患者心理控制源与自我管理行为的相关性。方法便利抽样法选择福建厦门市3所三级医院MHD患者301例,采用一般情况调查表、多维度健康状况心理控制源（the multidimensional health locus of control,MHLC）量表、血液透析（hemodialysis,HD）患者自我管理行为问卷对其进行调查。结果MHD患者的MHLC量表三个维度得分分别为（22.86±4.67）分、（24.54±4.36）分、（18.48±3.92）分,自我管理行为总分为（66.02±10.59）分,总体得分指标为66.02分,MHLC得分与自我管理行为总分及各维度之间呈正相关（r=0.199~0.505,均P〈0.01）。结论 MHD患者健康状况心理控制源倾向于外部控制,自我管理行为处于中等水平,心理控制源与自我管理行为之间具有显著相关性。提示医护人员应重视MHD患者健康控制信念的作用,以提高其自我管理行为。Objective To investigate the correlationship of locus of control and self-management behaviors in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods By convenience sampling,301 cases were selected and investigated by general questionnaire,Multidimensional Health Locus of Control（MHLC）scale and Hemodialysis Patients（HD）Self-management Behavior Questionnaire.Results The mean score of three scales of MHLC were（22.86±4.67）,（24.54±4.36）,（18.48±3.92）,respectively.The mean score of HD self-management behavior was（66.02±10.59）.The total score was 66.02,and MHLC score and self-management behavior score were positively correlated with each dimensions（r=0.199~0.505,all P〈0.01）.Conclusions MHD patients psychological health control source tend to external control,the self-management behavior is in the medium level.Health locus of control is positively correlated with self-management behavior.Medical personnel should attaches great importance to the role of health control beliefs of MHD to improve their self-management behaviors.
