摘  要:目的:建立淡竹叶颗粒中荭草苷和异荭草苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用FORTIS-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相,采用梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃,检测波长330 nm。结果:荭草苷和异荭草苷分别在3.08~61.50μg/m L和2.18~43.60μg/m L浓度范围内与峰面积有良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率分别为99.1%、98.6%,RSD分别为0.94%、0.90%。结论:本方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重复性好,可作为控制淡竹叶颗粒质量的方法。Objective: To establish a method for the determination of orientin and isorientin in Danzhuye granule. Methods: The HPLC system consisted of the FORTIS-C18( 4. 6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0. 2%H3PO4gradient elution flow rate was 1. 0 m L / min,the column temperature was 30 ℃,the UV detector was set at 330 nm. Results: The linear response ranges were 3. 08 ~ 61. 50 μg / m L and 2. 18 ~ 43. 60 μg / m L( r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery of orientin and isorientin were 99. 1% and 98. 6%, RSD were 0. 94% and 0. 90% respectively. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple,reproducible and specific. It can be an important method to control the standard of Danzhuye granule.
