摘　　要：本文提出了深化自然资源产权制度改革的目标应当是"物质丰富、财产广布,产权正当、归属公平,权责清晰、救济便利",厘清了这一目标的具体内涵,并在此基础上,对深化自然资源产权制度改革的前进动力、现实路径、政治标尺及其长期性和紧迫性进行了具体阐释。In this paper, the objective of deepening the reform of property rights system of natural resources should be ＂material wealth, widespread property, legitimate property rights, fairly acquired ownership, clear rights and responsibilities and facilitating relief＂. This objective owns specific content and makes concrete interpretation for the driving force, realistic path, political rulers and their persistence and urgency on deepening the reform of property rights system of natural resources based on that.
