摘  要:【目的】通过对水稻幼苗期耐碱性筛选,为水稻苗期耐盐碱筛选和耐盐碱育种工作提供理论参考。【方法】以浓度为40 mmol/L Na2CO3+Na HCO3对121份水稻材料进行幼苗期耐碱能力的筛选。【结果】结果表明,水稻幼苗期相对抑制率根长>根数>芽长的趋势,但根长相对抑制率的绝对数值差异小于芽长与根数;强耐碱类型的79份材料中芽长有28份,根长有12份,根数有41份材料优于长白9号;其中13G028幼苗期耐碱能力最强,13G145次之,其次为13G031,其根长、根数、芽长相对抑制率均小于长白9号。【结论】自育品系13G028、13G031和13G145可作为耐碱亲本材料应用。[Objective] Alkali-resisting rice is scarce now, salt injury happens easily in seeding stage, this research is to offer a reference for selecting alkali-resisting rice in cold zone in seeding stage through selecting alkali-resisting rice resources. [Method] This research conducted the early seedling stage treatment of 121 materials by using a mixed alkali of concentration 40 mmol/L Na2CO3+NaHCO3 in rice. [Result] The relative inhibition rate of rice early seedling was in follow order: root length〉root number〉bud length. However, the difference of absolute value of relative inhibition of root length is less than bud length and root numbers. Of the79 high alkali tolerance materials, 28 bud length, 12 root length and 41 root number were better than that of Changbai 9 and the best one was 13G028, the next one was 13G14, the third one was 13G031 that the relative inhibition rate of root length, root number and bud length were less than Changbai team could be regarded as saline tolerance 9. [Conclusion] 13G028, 13G031 and 13G145 bred by our parent materials.
