摘 要:【目的】通过对不同因素下的西瓜进行跌落试验,以研究其冲击力学特性以及损伤与每个因素的相关性。【方法】以内蒙古和林格尔"西农八号"西瓜为试验对象,用单因素试验方法,分别研究了跌落高度、西瓜质量、碰撞材料及碰撞材料层数等物理参数对西瓜的碰撞加速度峰值和最大变形量等参数的影响。【结果】跌落高度和西瓜质量对加速度峰值影响显著;加速度峰值与跌落高度正相关,与西瓜质量负相关;瓦楞纸的缓冲能力优于网状聚乙烯泡沫塑料,碰撞材料的缓冲能力与冲击加速度峰值和最大形变量呈负相关。【结论】跌落高度和西瓜质量对西瓜的力学特性影响显著,且力学特征及损伤与跌落高度、西瓜质量的回归方程相关系数R2都大于0.972。[Objective] The objective of the study was to study the impact mechanical characteristics and correlation between damage and each impact factors based on a experimental drop test of watermelon under the different factors. [Method]The "Xinong eight" watermelon in Hohhot Helingeer and Inner Mongolia were used in the study. The effects of materials, drop height, watermelon quality and colli- sion material layers on peak value of impact acceleration and maximum deformation amount of impact parameters were examined. [Results]Drop height and watermelon quality had a significant effect on peak ground acceleration. Drop height was correlated negatively with the peak value of impact acceler- ation and watermelon quality was negatively correlated with the peak value of impact acceleration. Cor- rugated paper buffeting capacity was better than mesh polyethylene foam. The buffer capacity of impact material was negatively correlated with the peak value of impact acceleration and the maximum shape variables. [Conclusion]Drop height and watermelon quality had significant effects on the mechanical properties and the correlation coefficient R2 of between the mechanical characteristics or damage and fall height or watermelon quality were larger than 0.972.
