受精液种类、卵丘细胞及卵巢保存温度对奶牛体外受精效果的影响

摘　　要：为了提高奶牛体外受精效果,研究了体外成熟卵母细胞在IVF-100、BO和TALP三种体外受精液中的受精效果,同时比较了裸卵（NOs）与卵丘卵母细胞复合体（COCs）对受精效果的影响,卵巢的不同保存温度对卵母细胞受精效果的影响。结果显示,体外成熟卵母细胞在受精液IVF-100中的卵裂率显著高于BO液的（P〈0.05）,而TALP液中的卵裂率与IVF-100和BO液的差异都不显著（P〉0.05）;裸卵（NOs）的卵裂率低于卵丘卵母细胞复合体（COCs）,但差异不显著（P〉0.05）;NOs的囊胚率极显著低于COCs的（P〈0.01）;卵巢在10和37℃下保存2~3 h,卵母细胞卵裂率和囊胚率差异均不显著（P〉0.05）。In order to improve the effect of fertilization in vitro of cows, this study compared the effect of fertilization among the IVF- 100, BO and TALP solution. Meanwhile, this test compared the effect of fertilization between NOs and COCs ,and the trail explored the difference of effect of fertilization on different temperature for ovaries. The results showed that the rate of cleavages of the oocytes in IVF-100 was significantly higher than that in BO （P〈0.05）,while the oocytes＇ rate of cleavages of TALP solution had no significant differences with that in IVF-100 and BO （P〉0.05）.The rate of cleavages of NOs was lower than that of COCs, while there was no significant difference （P〉0.05）,but the NOs＇ rate of blastocyst was extreme significantly lower than that of COCs （P〈0.01）. Also, there was no significant difference between the rate of cleavages and the rate of blastocyst when the ovaries stored in 10 and 37 ℃ for 2N3 hours （P〉0.05）.
