摘 要:为探讨不同浓度苦参碱水溶液处理对绿豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,采用滤纸培养法,筛选出对绿豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的最适浓度的苦参碱水溶液。结果显示,经苦参碱水溶液处理后的绿豆种子的形态及生理指标都有不同程度的促进作用,其中80 mg·L^(-1)苦参碱水溶液浓度长势最佳,但90 mg·L^(-1)苦参碱水溶液的丙二醛(MDA)含量最小。研究认为,苦参碱水溶液对绿豆种子萌发及幼苗生长起促进作用,与芸薹素内酯(BR)作用效果相近。In order to analyze effects of different concentrations of matrine aqueous solution treatment on the germination of mung bean seed and seedling growth, the filter culture method was used, the optimal concentration of matrine aqueous solution for germination and seedlings growth of mung bean seeds were selected. The results showed that after bitter and aqueous alkali treatment the morphological and physiological indexes of mung bean seeds had different degrees of promoting function, of which 80 mg·L-1 of matrine aqueous alkali concentration grew best, but for 90 mg·L-1 the MDA content of aqueous alkali was minimum. Matrine aqueous solution played an important role in mung bean seed germination and seedling growth, and the effect was similar to BR.
