摘　　要：目的探讨曲美他嗪联合前列地尔对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者内皮细胞功能的影响。方法选取2014年11月至2015年9月在我院老年病科收治的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予前列地尔脂微球10μg加入0.9%氯化钠100 m L中静脉滴注,1次/d,2周为1个疗程,连续2个疗程。观察组在对照组的基础上口服曲美他嗪30 mg/次,3次/d,2周为1个疗程,连续2个疗程。观察并评价两组的临床疗效。结果治疗前对照组和观察组的内皮脂酶(Endothelial lipase,EL)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、NO浓度、CEC计数分别为(68.2±6.71)、(70.6±6.13)ng/L,(2.91±1.69)、(3.01±1.48)mg/L,(52.28±5.45)、(51.92±5.30)μmol/L,7.78±3.71、7.98±3.1,治疗后两组分别为(62.9±6.21)、(61.4±6.22)ng/L,(2.4±1.41)、(2.37±1.19)mg/L,(57.26±5.92)、(58.26±5.73)μmol/L,5.78±2.19、14.10±1.60,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组股浅动脉、胫后动脉、足背动脉的血流灌注均有改善,但观察组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪联合前列地尔能够改善下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的内皮细胞功能,值得临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of trimetazidine combined with alprostadil on function of endo —thelial cells of patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans.Methods Totally 120 patients admitted to our hospital from November 2014 to September 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.Control group was treated with prostaglandin E1 10 μg ＋0.9%sodium chloride 100 mL by intravenous injection pnce daily with 2 weeks as a treatment course.Observation group was orally given trimetazidine,30 mg per time,3 times daily with 2 weeks as a treatment course for 2 courses.The clinical effect of the two groups were observed and evaluated.Results The endothelial lipase（EL）,hs-CRP concentration of NO,and count of CEC of control group and observation group were（68.2± 6.71） and（70.6± 6.13） ng/L,（2.91± 1.69） and（3.01± 1.48） mg/L,（52.28±5.45） and（51.92±5.30） μmol/L,（7.78±3.71） and（7.98±3.1） before treatment,and they were（62.9±6.21） and（61.4±6.22） ng/L,（2.4± 1.41） and（2.37± 1.19） mg/L,（57.26± 5.92） and（58.26±5.73） μmol/L,（5.78±2.19） and（14.10± 1.60） after treatment,there being significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The blood perfusion of the superficial femoral artery posterior tibial artery and the dorsal artery of the foot in the two groups was improved,and the perfusion in observation group were improved more significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with is lprostadil can improve the function of endothelial cells in patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans,and it is worthy of clinical application.
