摘  要:为提高电子信息类专业学生的专业实践与设计能力,结合模拟与数字电路设计技术、传感器技术、单片机技术和智能仪器技术,研制了一套智能调节仪自主实验平台。该实验平台选用C8051F系列单片机与数码管或LCD(二选一)、4*4键盘接口构成微处理器系统,可接0~5V、4~20m A两种输入信号的信号调理电路和信号输出控制电路作为外围设计,采用单片机内部A/D和D/A模块完成了外接温度、压力、液位、湿度等工艺参数的采集、显示与调节输出,同时设计了RS-485和RS-232通信接口来完成实验平台与计算机的通信接口设计。通过构建模拟大棚温湿度测控系统来验证该实验平台提供学生自主实验的可行性。结果表明:该平台不仅可以作为电子信息工程、自动化、测控技术与仪器等专业的自主开放性综合实验平台,而且可以作为智能仪器设计与开发的一个实验平台。In order to enhance electric information majors' professional capabilities,this paper,combined with analog and digital circuit design technique,sensor technique,single- chip microcomputer technique and intelligent instrument technique,develops an intelligent regulator experimental platform. This experimental platform can be connected to various sensors and transmitters to achieve measurement、displaying and adjustment of output of temperature、pressure、liquid level、capacity、strength and other physical parameters. This paper focuses on the experimental platform's designs of all hardware circuits、system software and the main routines,and the way to verify whether the experimental platform's designs of hardware and software systems are feasible through constructing measuring and controlling system of simulated shed. The experimental platform could be not only the open comprehensive experimental platform for the technology and equipment of measurement and conformity、automation、electrical information engineering and so on,but also an experimental platform for the design and development of intelligent instruments.
