摘　　要：针灸序贯疗法将病种、病程与患者的生理特点相结合,以临床研究为出发点。根据月经周期不同时段的生殖生理特点,在辨病的基础上,结合辨证,循环使用与该时段相对应的针灸方法。该方法不仅注重辨证,更强调针灸穴位、刺激方法、刺激量三要素的统一。系统、规范的针灸治疗可以对体外受精-胚胎移植全程起到良性干预。Acupuncture sequential therapy is a therapy that combined with disease, disease courses and patient＇s physiological characteristics with clinical research as the starting point. This therapy is to apply the corresponding acupuncture and moxibustion methods recurrently based on the disease and syndrome differentiation according to the physiological characteristics of different tines of menstrual cycle. This method not only pays attention to syndrome differentiation, but also emphasis on the unity of three elements as points, stimulation methods, and stimulation amount. System and normative acupuncture treatment can play benign intervention effects on the whole course of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer（IVF-ET）.
