傅山儿科脾胃病辨治浅析

摘　　要：傅山为明末清初著名医家,他不仅以《傅青主女科》一书在中医妇科学的发展史上产生了重要的影响,在《傅徴君男女科全集》中,还有小儿科一卷。辨证重视五脏,诊法重视观察小儿气色变化,望诊尤其重视山根部,傅氏儿科临床辨证详明,用药纯和,尤以重视健脾扶正以固本为特色,迄今,对儿科临床仍有一定指导意义。FU Shan was one of the most famous doctors in late Ming and early Qing Dynasty. His masterpiece FU Qing-zhu Nvke has significant impact on the development of later TCM Gynecology and is highly spoken by TCM practitioners. Pediatrics roll from Fu Zhengjun Nannvke Quanji emphasizes five zang viscera differentiation, attach importance to the observation of children＇s complexion change in diagnosis and focuses on the point of nasal bridge in inspection. His style of full and clear differentiation in pediatric disease, pure and mild herbs-using and aiming at strengthening spleen to support the healthy energy is still instructive in pediatric clinical work.
