中药煮散剂的研究探讨

摘　　要：中药煮散剂是采用现代粉碎技术将药材制成的颗粒状饮片,具有活性成分易于煎出、调配方便、配伍灵活、可随症加减、提高药材利用率等特点,是汤剂饮片改革的方向之一。文章对影响煮散有效成分浸出的相关因素进行分析,根据植物药、动物药、矿物药的不同性质特点探讨适宜制成煮散的中药类别,进一步对比分析了煮散与饮片的浸出物及指标成分。煮散对减少浪费,有效缓解中药资源紧缺,促进中医药可持续发展具有不可忽视的作用。The decocting powders using of modern technology to crush herbs into granular pieces, with the characteristics as flexible compatibility, active ingredients dissolution easily, convenient to be modified according to disease, and high utilization of medicinal materials, are one of the reform directions and pieces. In this paper, the related factors influencing the active ingredients leaching are analyzed. According to the different characteristics of botanical drugs, animal drugs and mineral drugs, appropriate category of traditional Chinese medicines made for decocting powders were explored, the content of the active ingredients and dry extract yield in the decoction powders and decoction pieces are compared and analyzed ulteriorly. Decocting powder plays a negligible role in reducing waste, relieving shortage of TCM resources effectively, and promoting the sustainable development of TCM.
