摘　　要：总结国家级名老中医鲁贤昌诊治类风湿关节炎经验。从病因病机、治则治法、用药特色等方面阐述痹证之临证思辨。认为痹本阴邪,非温不化,临床病证结合,治以祛风除湿,益气补肾为法,创鲁氏痹证良方,随症加减,善用防风、蕲蛇等药,注重脾胃及摄生防病。启示后学类风湿关节炎的诊治经验,传承名医学术,提高临床疗效。This paper summarized professor LU Xian-chang＇s experience in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis（RA）. Professor LU was a renowned national TCM expert. His thinking of syndrome differentiation in Bi syndrome was elucidated in terms of etiology and pathogenesis, therapeutic principle and prescription of drugs. He proposed that Bi syndrome was mainly caused by yin pathogens, so drugs with warm property played key roles in the treatment of Bi syndrome. Based on a principle of treatment that dispelling wind and dampness as well as invigorating qi and invigorating the kidney, professor LU created a prescription for RA that was flexibly modified in the treatment of Bi syndrome. While treating Bi syndrome, professor LU was proficient in using the Radix Saposhnikoviae and Agkistrodon, and payed attention to harmonizing stomach and spleen, as well as the health maintainence. All of these were professor LU＇s experience in the treatment of RA, which should be inherited to improve clinical efficacy.
