摘　　要：全国名老中医陈渭良教授擅长骨髓炎的诊治,对其治疗积累了丰富经验。陈教授认为本病以分初起期、成脓前期、成脓期、溃脓期、后期、恢复期等辨证。初起期清热解毒、凉血散结,成脓前期兼以理气活血、化痰溃坚,成脓期益气化瘀、托里透脓,溃脓期健脾益气、祛风除痰,后期温血补阳、散寒通滞,恢复期补益肝肾、强筋壮骨。此外,结合外治法切开排脓、外敷药、外洗药,配合食疗提高疗效。Professor CHEN Wei-liang is good at the diagnosis and treatment of osteomyelitis, and he has accumulated rich experience. He holds the view that osteomyelitis Is should be divided into 6 stages to discriminate, which is the early stage, early of the formation pus stage, formation pus stage, the diabrosis stage, late stage, and recovery stage. In the early stage, he prescribes herbal medicine to clear away heat and toxic materials, cool blood and dissipate stagnation. In the early of the formation pus stage, he prescribes herbal medicine to regulate qi, invigorate blood, and resolve phlegm and hard mass. In the formation pus stage, he prescribes herbal medicine to supplement qi, activate blood circulation, and strengthen the body resistance to expel pus. In the diabrosis stage, he prescribes herbal medicine to reinforce the spleen to replenish qi, dispel the wind and eliminate phlegm. In the later stage, he prescribes herbal medicine to make the blood warm, invigorate the yang, and expel cold to activate blood circulation. In the recovery stage, he prescribes herbal medicine to tonify the liver and the kidney, and strengthen tendons and bones. Moreover, the external treatments, including incision and drainage, and medicine for external application and external bathing, should be utilized together with the internal treatment, supplementing to a diet therapy, which could improve the curative effect.
