摘　　要：名老中医作为中医学成就的标杆,承载在他们肩上的是广大民众的医疗保健,以及新一代优秀名医的栽培。中医界人士对名老中医传承工作的方法、模式都进行了大量的研究和探索,并逐步取得成果。并逐步取得成果。随着传承工作的研究进展,新型传承研究平台不断开发运用,但是关于名老中医传人、中医药的保护、中药质量等关键性问题凸显,需要我们重视并思考。只有各方面工作同时开展好,传承工作才能顺利进行。The old famous experts in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） were the models of TCM achievements, and they were shouldering the important responsibilities of general public health care and cultivation of excellent doctors. TCM researchers had studied and explored the research methods and inheritance patterns of inheritance of old famous TCM experts, and had made some achievements. With the progress of inheritance researchwork,new inheritance research platforms are developed and applied continuously. But key problems such as descendants of the famous veteran old doctors of TCM, protection of traditional Chinese medicine, quality of Chinese herbal medicine, and so on are highlighted. And they need our attention and thinking. Only when work of all aspects is carried out well at the same, the inheriting work wold proceed smoothly.
