从“形神合一”探讨针刺调神治疗眼病

摘　　要：针刺治疗眼科疾病越来越得到临床医生的重视和采纳,尤其是对于一些现代医学治疗比较困难的眼底病,运用针刺治疗在临床上却收到了一定的疗效,也引起了国外眼科医生的关注。目前临床运用针刺治疗眼病主要是以眼周取穴配合肢体远端取穴为多,且多重视补益肝肾,却很少有重视眼与"神"之间的关系。文章试从中医"形神合一"的理论、"神"与眼病的关系及针刺调神的作用,来探讨针刺调神法治疗眼病,希望能为临床针刺治疗眼病提供有益的参考。Nowadays, more and more clinicians began to put more emphasis on the application of acupuncture and accept as a treatment to ophthalmopathy. The curative effect is good especially to some ocular fundus diseases that are difficult to be dealt with by modern medicine, which also draws great attentions from many foreign ophthalmologists. Points around eye orbit and of the limbs are the main choice from the clinicians to be used in ophthalmopathy presently. They pay more attention to tonify the liver and kidney, but less attention on the relationship between the eyes and the spirit. Therefore, this paper try to discuss regulating spirit with acupuncture to cure the ophthalmopathy based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory of integration of body and spirit.
