京万红凝胶剂治疗烫伤型大鼠糖尿足的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察京万红凝胶剂对大鼠烫伤型糖尿足的影响。方法:烫伤型糖尿病足溃疡模型采用京万红凝胶剂、京万红软膏(油膏剂)、重组人表皮生长因子分别给药,观察京万红凝胶剂对模型大鼠的影响。结果:给药14d后,各给药组与糖尿病模型组比较,大鼠足趾体积均有明显好转(P<0.05)。各给药组大鼠烫伤型糖尿足症状均有改善趋势,病灶逐渐减小,炎性反应逐渐减轻,给药14d后,各给药组与糖尿病正常组比较,无明显差异。结论:在本试验条件下,京万红凝胶剂与京万红软膏剂、重组人表皮生长因子具有相同的促进大鼠烫伤型糖尿足病灶愈合的作用。Objective： To study the effects of Jingwanhong Gel on treating rats with scald type diabetic foot. Methods： The rat model of diabetic foot with scald type was used to evaluate the effects of Jingwanhong Gel. The model rats were treated with Jingwanhong Gel, Jingwanhong Ointment, and recombinant human epidermal growth factor respectively. Results： After treating for 14 days, the rat foot volume in each medication groups were obviously improvement compared with the model group（P〈0.05）. The symptom of rats with diabetes foot was improvement in medication groups, the lesions and inflammation were decreased gradually. After treating for 14 days, there was no significant difference compared with the normal group. Conclusion： In this study, Jingwanhong Gel has the same effect as Jingwanhong Ointment and recombinant human epidermal growth factor in promoting the healing of diabetic foot lesions in rats.
