从肺论治黄褐斑临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨从肺论治黄褐斑的治疗思路以及临床效果。方法:以中医基础理论"肺主气、司呼吸,主宣发,朝百脉,在体合皮毛"以及张仲景的"大气一转,其气乃散"为理论指导依据,采用汤剂麻杏石甘汤合二陈汤加活血通络之品,随机选取黄褐斑患者34例作为治疗组;另选取同种疾病患者34例作为对照组,给予维生素EC颗粒。共治疗6个疗程。结果:与本组治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后色斑面积显著缩小(P<0.01),评分显著降低(P<0.01)。与对照组同期比较,治疗组治疗后色斑面积显著缩小(P<0.01),评分显著降低(P<0.01)。治疗组,总有效率82.4%。对照组仅50%。结论:从肺论治黄褐斑具有前瞻性,高效性,给临床医生及实验室研究提供了新的思路,值得推广,进一步研究。Objective： To investigate the treatment thoughts and clinical curative effect of treating chloasma from regulating lung. Methods： Thirty-four chloasma patients were selected randomly as the treatment group, and another 34 chloasma patients were selected as control group. Patients in treatment group were treated with combination of Maxing Shigan Decoction, Erchen Decoction, and drugs for promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction according to the basic theories of Chinese medicine as ‘lung governing qi, controlling breathing, governing diffusion, connecting all vessels, and governing skin and hair＇ and ‘dissipation of pathogenic factor due to normal running of vital qi＇. Patients in control group were treated with Vitamin EC granules for 6 courses of treatment. Results： Compared with the time before treatment, after the treatment the treatment group,s chloasma area and the score were decreased significantly（P〈0.01）. Compared with the control group, the treatment group＇s chloasma area and the score were decreased significantly（P〈0.01）. The total effective rate of treatment and control groups was 82.4% and 50% respectively. Conclusion： The perspectiveness and high efficiency of treating chloasma from regulating lung provide new ideas for the clinical and laboratory researches, which worth to be promoted and studied.
