里院建筑对青岛现代居住设计的启示

摘　　要：青岛本土居住建筑——里院,是青岛历史时期在传统文化、社会制度、经济发展状况与外来文化碰撞交融的城市居住类型,汇集了社会环境、气候、传统文化的精华.基于青岛本土社会经济发展,分析里院建筑的成因,通过比较里院建筑与现代居住并得以启示,在尊重历史和自然的基础上将本土建筑特点继承并运用到青岛现代居住建筑的设计创作中来,营造人性化居住空间,培育多样性邻里社区,希望为新时代背景下的青岛地域性现代居住设计寻找一条可行的思路.Li Yuan,a Qingdao local residential building in the Qingdao historical period,is the urban residential type with the traditional culture,social system,economic development and the collision of the foreign culture,and brings together the essence of social environment,climate and traditional culture.This thesis,based on Qingdao local human society development,analyzes the cause of formation of Liyuan,for the local architectural features will inherit and use the creation of modern residential building design to create a humanistic living space,to foster diversity neighborhood community,to find a feasible ideas in regional modern residential design.
